Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours as clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of bread and straw with a bit of biscuit and sweet grain underlying. Flavor has straw, bread and slightly sweet grains throughout with a hint of straw backing.
