Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish fruity, sorrel, old rope, soda powder, oak, old citrus peel, hay, sour berries, minerals, sour tropical fruits. Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, minerals, sorrel, citrus acid, hay, old rope, oak, sour berries, grass, sour tropical fruits. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Kind of in the direction of a gueuze, surprisingly nice.

Draft at Garage, Barcelona, RBESG 2016. Very hazy orange with barely any head. Aroma of tart light fruit, citrus and mineral notes. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation. [09-07-2016]

9th July 2016: on-tap at the brewpub with the RBESG guys. Oh dear, this didn’t go down well with me at all: a real sour puss of a beer: no thank you. I have tried to score it objectively.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy dark golden with no head. Sour pee, minerals, lactic sourness, red berries, chalk, dry malts. Under medium sour and very light sweet. Under medium bodied with slick feel.
