3 week old pint can A: Clear pale gold with a sturdy soapy white head. S: Heavy bread dough with flowers and apple or pear. T: Bittersweet combo. Sweet bread or biscuit, herbs and hay, then apple skins and flowers. M: Light and very smooth bodied. Mild carbonation and a wet finish. O: Leans a bit sweet but flavor balance walks a tightrope between bitter and sweet and pretty much nails it. Very good.

The aromas are pale malt, crackers and yeast. Flavors are similar to nose, a little sweet up front with a growing bitterness towards the end. Nothing too remarkable.

Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow bright solid head. Light straw aroma. Taste is lightly peppery lemon. Light and easy drinking
