Whisky Business is a fantastic collab with our good friends at the Flying Couch brewery.
This Russian Imperial Stout is brewed with a large amount of malt and then aged in Stauning Whisky barrels. This has given the beer a warm, powerful and rich flavour of oak and vanilla.

Bottle from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus. Pours opaque dark brownish black with small light brown head. Aroma is intense roasted malt, liquorice, soy sauce, Vegemite, gravy, malt syrup, cocoa, sherry and vanilla. Taste is very sweet, light to medium bitter, light salty, faint acidic and medium umami. Body is creamy with light carbonation. Finish is long, mostly sweet and very rich and complex with notes of roasted malt, caramel, toffee, liquorice, soy sauce, Vegemite, gravy, cocoa, cola, vanilla, malt syrup. Very rich and complex but still nicely balanced.
