Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a nutmeg brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a boozy rye and dark grain combination with a hint of stone fruit and a nice roast supporting. Flavor has dark grains, dates and stone fruits with a nice rye barrel and a growing roast note.
