My can is listed at 4,5% with a date at the bottom of 07-June-2017. Very hazy golden coloured body with a large-ish white head, about three centimetres tall at first then fading to just a small layer. Aroma of grass, papaya, guava, light citrus and perhaps a dose of passionfruit near the very end, all very light and dry. Light-bodied; Salty and briny flavour at first with a dash of grass and hay noticeable, showing some yeast and grain and ending with a touch of dry herbal and perfumey hop characteristics and light bitterness on the end. Aftertaste shows some fruits with the guava and full oranges the strongest along with a touch of barely noticeable passionfruit/lilikoi and grass on the end with the brine and salt component that is more evident than the fruit. Overall, a nice and mellow gose with some subdued tropical fruits and a dry, almost herbal finish with a nice malt compontent and more brine/salt than most, but relatively well-balanced and nice for hot days in New York (or Washington). I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can purchased from Total Wine in Fairfax, Virginia on 10-September-2017 for US$3,49 sampled at home in Washington on 24-June-2018.
