A beer that is all about the Hops! The Nelson Sauvin variety from New Zealand give a unique "White Winey" aroma. Bitterness is high, but balanced nicely by a residual malty sweetness.

Cask @ Rat & Ratchet, Huddersfield. Clear golden ale with a thickish creamy head. Hopped, crisp, with its strength not overly evident, but subduing its fruitiness to an extent. There’s a few malts evident in its nose.

Clear golden beer with a grapefruit aroma. Flavour has a grapefruit element too but there’s a sweeter element to balance it out.

Cask, handpump at The Rat and Ratchet, Huddersfield 17.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Sweet, fruity in flavour in fact quite full flavoured. Soft in the mouth, hoppy with a dry and citrus finish. Drinks rather well for a 5% beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
