Our 100% mosaic hopped Double IPA stands bright, but with a strikingly soft and rounded mouthfeel. Heavy whirlpool & dry hop additions showcase the complex mosaic hop aromatics of blueberry, mango, and juicy, overripe peach.

Pours hazy straw into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Pineapple and citrus aromas. Soft with mango skin and pineapple skin upfront turning to bitter pith in the lasting finish.

Combination rate draft taster pour at NH Brewfest and can pour from Total Wine & More, Shrewsbury. Appearance is mildly hazy bright, highlighter yellow with fine, pulpy, white particulates, light sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is a ton of grapefruit, herb and a bit of pine and citrus. Taste is strong grapefruit and orange with pine and hint of herb with some alcohol. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, very strong flavors with some decent complexity out of the mosaic hops.

Pours a nice Golden from a can. Big tropical fruit aroma. Not sure if there’s Vic secret in this, but it seems like it’s got a little of that sweat sock in here too. Good aroma and flavor. Pretty good beer.

Pours a slightly hazy, golden lemon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma has some grassiness and a lot of bread in it, along with some dankness, citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is very bready, too, with grass, citrus, tropical fruit, some pine/spruce hop bitterness. A very smooth beer, with just a touch of sweetness. Some bitterness to the finish. Pretty good!

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium bone white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing. The aroma is citrusy with piney hops and malt in the background. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, resiny hops and doughy malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Hazy orange with a huge white head. Smell of fruity hops, onion, grass, peach, mango and caramel. Sweet fruity and malty flavors with notes of grass, guava. Good Mosaic profile and strong long lingering bitterness. .

Medium-bodied with a dry finish. About average overall but one of the better beers I have sampled from this brewery.
