Sample at Kurtkeller 018: Tequila-aged and Let’s Agree to Ruin Our Evening with Pepper beers-tastic 01 on 11/04/2014. Pours a clear straw color with a medium fluffy white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, hops, toffee and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Feety tangerine nose. Hazy amber, medium head, good lacing. Overripe orange and tangerine. Triple sec finish. Medium-light body, alcohol noticeable. Hop forward but dull, a little sharper hop profile and this could be great.
