Draft shaker pint at Cook’s Lobster and Ale house on Bailey island, Maine. The pour is a clear golden with a small white head that leaves behind coating lace. The aroma is faint grass, floral hop and honey malt. The taste is a clean, softer floral hop and the honey soft sweet from the malt forms the backbone. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and a bit of sweetness to the finish. Clean, easy drinking, beer.

Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Camra Beer Festival, Nottingham (England). 11/10/2024 [#7.872 Global - #1.672 United States of America - #1 Rising Tide Brewing Company (My Brewery #393)] Pours light hazed pale yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma: spruce, pine needles and yeast. Taste: very piney and lemony leading to a light bodied mouthfeel. Next one, please!

Can from Beer52. Hazy pale gold with a white head and a rather too prickly fizz. Lemon, pine, yeasty bread, gingery spice and a little lime cordial and cream. Sweet up front with a dryish and mildly bitter finish. Apart from the aggressive carbonation, this is rather good.

[16oz can from Beer52.] A slightly hazy pale straw coloured pour with a loose white head; aroma of citrus rind of yeast; intense tropical fruit taste with sharp lemons and grapefruit; then a gentler grapefruit bitterness with a touch peppery heat. Rather good.

Pint can from Beer 52, drank at home early hours of 6th May 2019. Poured into a Good People Brewing Company of Birmingham Alabama glass to make it feel at ease. Slight haze to the pale yellow body, white crown on top. Citrus nose and initial taste, some subtle pine notes appear late on. Hoppy throughout and refreshing, a little too highly carbonated for my palate, but a decent enough brew.
