An easy-drinking West Coast IPA. Aroma and flavour of passionfruit, blueberry, gooseberry, and grapefruit. Firm pleasant bitterness with well balanced malt backbone with a slight hint of toffee and sweetness. Light body and clean dry finish.

On tap at Cactus Club Calgary. Clear medium copper with a small lingering white cap that leaves stringy lace. Nose is light toffee, grapefruit and resin. Light sweet malt with a light+ citrus bitterness. Medium slick mouth with average carbonation and a lightly bitter finish.

Can. Less than clear amber with a cm+ of white head. 6+ Aroma of kumquat, some berries, caramel, bread. Quite sweet with berries and vague citrus before resin and bitterness creep in. A bit sweet and lacks focus, but OK.

On tap as Epic IPA. Pours amber with moderate head. Overall dull hops adding a bit of bitterness but mostly sweet doughy malts. Not unpleasant but nothing to write home about.

16oz @ Alex's.
Aroma: tropical fruits, some candied citruses.
Taste: predominantly candied citrusy, noticeably bitter.
Overall: clean and crispy. Good for the style (which I am not a big fan of).

473mL can, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has some light vegetal notes, some piney hops, and bready malt. Flavour is bright and lightly bitter, with some bitter pine, light vegetal notes, and bready malt. It’s alright, far from their best work.

5oz pour at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Bitter pine on the nose. Flavour has dry pine and bright tangy notes, sweet biscuit malts. Palate is reasonably full-bodied. Solid.
