Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2017. Pours a clear crisp gold with a yellow hue and a bubbly white heart that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus, slightly tart with a grains and yogurt backing. Flavor has notes of earthy citrus, light tartness, and sweet grains backing.
