Draft @ Brewskival 2016. Pours a clear read color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour beet root aroma. Fruity sour tart salty beet root flavor. Has a fruity sour tart beet root finish.

Bottle thanks to Adam! Pours a clear bright purple with a near pink head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of beet that is slightly tart with some earthy wheat underlying. Flavor has a tart earthy beat note with some sweet grains and a touch of acid.
