Not out of production. Pours a deep garnet red/blacks. Lots of honey and jammy raspberries in a perfect balance. A little sticky and sweet as expected. Alcohol only slightly noticeable. Wonderful.

Bottle tasted a few times during the CBC week thanks to Timo and Simon @ different occasions. Pours a clear but deep beautiful red. Aromas of lots of berries, mostly currants, cherries, slight tart berry notes and honey. Taste is sweet, berries, currants, deeper cherry skin notes.

Clear deep orange to amber mead. Aroma: pretty oxidized, very fruity, very sweetish, complex, dried fruits, blueberries, some forest fruit, cherries. MF: full body, pretty sticky, soft alcohol burn. Taste: pretty sweet start, sugary, honey, bit oxidized, sugary, sticky. Aftertaste: sticky, alcohol, lots of honey, sugary, oxidized, very nice stuff!

Sample thanks to Kraddel at Vini Biere Rebelli '17. Hazy deep red with no head. Aroma of rich cherries, candied cherry, sweet dark berries, and floral honey notes. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with very soft carbonation. Super sweet but super juicy.

Bottle split at RB Best awards dinner, thanks to Blomster, 30/01/16. Rich amber with a moderate tan covering that dissipates edgeward. Nose is sweet red berry, honey dollop, caramelised sugars, cherry tunes. Taste comprises soothing blackcurrant losinge, honey drool, red berry medley, sugars. Full bodied, oily feel, warming alcohol in the close. Solid mead.

Bottle. [ As Sahtipaja MeadMe ].[ Courtesy of kraddel ]. Clear dark red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is honey, cherry, wood, black currant, intense berries. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart berry, black currant, cherry, honey, intense berries. Body is medium, texture is creamy - silky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20170428] 8-4-9-4-17

Sample with big thanks to Dylan! Clear copper-red-brown color with no head. Aroma is fruity, berries, dark dried fruits, floral, honey. Sweet taste like aroma. Full silky body with flat carbonation.

Bottle shared at the RBWG 2016 Encomium - cheers for this one! Pours clear copper-amber. Rich aroma, with nice hearty honey character, ripening berries, fruit leather. Big and sweet, with hefty berry notes, slick honey, raisins, raspberry. Full bodied and lightly chewy. Fairly warming in the finish, with more hearty and gooey honey, sugary berries, other fruity notes. Wonderful stuff.
