750ml bottle at Sovereign. Clear, burnt orange with a ring of white head. Nose is nice, some leather and some dried citrus peel. Grape is very expressive. Orangey with some woodsy notes. Flavor is earthy, barnyard, green grape and nice earthy notes. Some bright tea. The mouthfeel is insane. Dry. Bone dry. High carb, bright acidity but nothing lactic or acetic. Long finish. Rose petals. Really good.

Bottle pour at Quintessence 2025. Pours hazy light gold with a white head. Great musty white wine character on the nose. Flavour has musty grape skins, good juicy white wine grape character, gentle tannins. Another great grape lambic.

Fruity, sour, tart. Vinous, green grapes, grassy herbals, dry wood, delicious. Especially with the almond cookie.

Süffiger, süß-säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, erhöhte Karbonisierung, etwas trocken, rund. Intensiv, aromatisch, gut. 10/11/12/11//1

0,75l bottle at freunderlwirtschaft, Vienna. Bottled #112. Yellow cloudy color, small white head. Smells grapes, sweetness, flowery, berries, honey. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, sweetness, honey, spices, tobacco, walnuts, oak. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of sweet grapes, oak and walnuts. Very nice one, great balance, almost on the sweet side

Bottle, at die freunderlwirtschaft. Cloudy yellow with large foamy white head. Musty, grapes, vinous. Kind of heavy and complex.

Bottle shared at the brewery. Intense on the vineous grape character, nicely acidic and pretty funky too, big on the mineral chatacter, borderline salty even. Nice, but not too complex all in all.

750mL bottle, 2022 cork, Ma Che Siete, 5/14/24. Clear, honey-golden. Small, off-white head quickly to ring. Stunning nose of rich grape acidity, gentle oak and tons of mineral and marmalade-like character. Moderate lactic and Brett acids provide a great complement to the grapes. In the mouth there's rich white wine, juicy honey-kumquat and wonderfully balanced acidity. Lip smacking on the finish. Gentle oak, lingering vanilla. Soft, wheat-slick textures with fine carbonation.
