Gold with a frothy, white head. Floral and grassy aroma with a touch of dough. Taste is bitter the whole way through. Body to the light side of medium, moderate carbonation. Finishes quite dry with chalky, acrid tones. Not exactly refreshing, but otherwise pleasant.

Quartiermeisterin pils - drunk from the bottle in the basement of Eataly. Nice body for a pils, light citrus character to the bitterness. Pretty tasty. 3.3

Bottle picked up from Denns Biomarkt, Freising and consumed at home Sunday 18th September 2022 listening to Talk Talk - Laughing Stock and cooking Slow Roasted Shoulder of Lamb, Harissa from Simply Raymond. Pours light/mid gold with a clean white head. A little bit thin but otherwise it's a pleasant enough Pils, light fruity, dry, hoppiness throughout. Ok.

Bottle enjoyed in the sculpture park outside Haus am Wald in Berlin after seeing the exhibition Ordnung der Wildnis by Christiane Löhr 18.07.21. Clear pale golden. Clean aroma and taste of pilsner malt and grassy hops. Good drinkability.

Bottle. Pale golden, low white head. Light grassy bitterhops, fine citric notes. Straw and grain malt with some sweetness, a hint tartness, otherwise good balance.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head with good retention. Nose has a little sulphur. Medium body, very soft on the palate, a vague hint of metal and a dry, slightly hoppy finish. But extremely smooth and easygoing. Well made. 240820

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of straw, soft grainy malt. Taste of mild floral and spicy hops, straw, mild grains.
