Něco jsme navařili... a nebyli jsme na to sami! 🤞
Místní Parapet vznikl ve spolupráci s @favabrews ze @sacredprofanebrewing. Výsledkem je saison – belgický styl s ječmenem, pšenicí a vločkami. Použili jsme i med, takže i když je pivo hodně prokvašené, zachovalo si příjemnou sladkost.

Místní Parapet was created in collaboration with @favabrews from @sacredprofanebrewing. The result is a saison – a Belgian-style beer brewed with barley, wheat, and flakes. We also added honey, so even though the beer is highly fermented, it retains a pleasant sweetness.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 5.5
Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden body, off-white head. Floral, sweetish, honeyish aroma, hmm. Bit of glue and candyish notes in the taste, corky, some banana, dried out. Mleh. Whatever 2K and Sacred Profane were thinking of achieving, it probably didn't end up that way.
