Few elements in modern beer are as essential as the humble hop—a small, green powerhouse that delivers an unexpected punch. At Bright Brewery, we’re proud to be Australia’s closest brewer to the iconic HPA hop fields, a place many in the industry consider a slice of paradise and a natural extension of our stunning alpine home. Every year, as the hop harvest unfolds, we partner with HPA to be the first to introduce innovative new varietals, continuously pushing the boundaries of beer flavour and creativity.

Aromas of orange peel, lime, bread, and caramel. On the palate, the flavours just rip down the centre of the tongue, highlighting the imbalance between the hops and the malt. Maybe not a total winner, but the flavours are lively and is exactly what I want from an experimental beer.

Can. More cloudy than hazy pale amber with a good cm of white head. Aroma of barely ripe oranges, citrus leaves, tinned tropical fruit, light bread. Much sharper citrus with some peppery notes upon a sip - maybe a little more than the light body of the beer can take - with a punchy spicy bitter finish. Interesting.
