Bottle shared by Adam, thanks for this. Flavor of diaper, dust, plastic? Lemon rind notes. Old wet oak. No refined at all, nice attempt. Well....ummm not my thing at all.

Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized, frothy white head. Aroma was light sweet malts. Light, funky notes, light peach. Tart, but not sour. Light lemon, pretty tasty. Bottle at the DC area socially distant Fall 2020 tasting.

Pretty nicely done. Great to taste a new Belgian lambic producer. Orange and lemon. Golden pour with good head. On the acidic side. Buddha fingers. Nice. Bottle thanks to beastiefan.

What a great beer. So balanced and tasty Hazy pale golden in the glass with a fine head Nice smooth aroma. Fine intensity Very fine and balanced acidity in this one Not to dry either. And not to high carbonation level Very pleasant and easy to drink Citric, green apples, fruity and mild vinegar [Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Halden, Norway] Brewery #2217

Yesterday. 2019 vintage. Good but a bit “tame” ATM. I do like the very subtle acidity but lacking depth in the acidity it needs much more from the brett. Got a magnum too and have some hopes it’ll develop more depth in the coming years.
