Sometimes you awaken from a dream. Sometimes you wake up in a dream. And sometimes you wake up in someone else’s dream. Fortunately, it is only a farmhouse ale or saison, where the fermentation is quick and exciting at high temperatures, enabling the synthesis of the typical esters. These offer complex fruity aromas and a spicy flavour. We used solely Slovenian hops: Celeia this time.

Bottle at Comely Bankers II. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of bread, yeast, white pepper. Taste is sweet, bready. Light dough. Sweet finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy amber color with large frothy off-white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, banana, yeast, must and some funk. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, following is herbal, yeasty and mild medicinal with dry and spicy mouth feel and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. More fruits and funk would suit me more...

Pours a hazy sunny yellow color, topped with a pretty big and very lasting creamy white head. Starts with barnyard nose, lilttle fruity notes in the back and pretty noticeable spices - coriander. A bit dusty feel. Tasty is rich with spices, moderate bitterness, some mild soury notes and a bit yeasty. Spices dominate, proper saison feel. Light, fresh.
