Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As American Solera Ahoma ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet,light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, herbs, citrus, light yeasty - wheat, brett - funk notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170512] 7-3-7-3-15

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity bretty and hoppy, some citrus lemony notes, straw, light bready malts, slight tartness in the finish.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Some nice acetic notes. Moderate bitter nice powerfull brett notes. Long moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap at Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours clear bright amber with a small white head. Aroma of yeast. fruit, hop, grain and floral notes. Medium sweetness and bitterness with a touch of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, citrus, fruits, malt, flowers and hops. Nice brett finish.

From tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Malty, yeasty and hoppy aroma, funky, floral, grassy, light citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter taste, light acidic too. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draught at MBCC, yellow, first session. Foamy, snow white head, lacing rings, cloudy golden. Mid-dry citrus fruity aroma. Mid-tart citrus and peaches to the taste buds. Drying fruity ending, lightly tart. Refreshing. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).
