Dark Czech Lager
The dark owl returns. We love this re-emerging beer style from the Czech Republic and it is a perfect match for our Old World Lager yeast. Tmava or Černé are the darker counter points to Czech Pils in the same manner that Schwartzbiers are to German Pils. Hoppier and spicier than a Schwartzbier but just as crushable.
