We used clean Chelsea Gem oyster shells in the boil to add a silky smooth mouthfeel to this rich, full-bodied beer. Layers of dark roasted coffee and toasted brown sugar are found in each sip. A tan head with tight bubbles leave an elegant lace and creamy finish.
