Sunriver! These guys LOVE hops, and it shows. Brett Thomas, Patrick Raasch, and the team there have taken a small brewery in Central Oregon and turned it into a world-class operation that does more than any other brewery to push the boundaries of hoppy beer in our state. We tried to incorporate all of the tricks that we've learned from them into this juicy pale ale: hop extract for smooth bitterness and the right level of dankness, check! Exclusive, new Southern Hemisphere-grown hops for a hard-to-place quality that gives the beer amazing depth, yep! A balanced malt backbone-- because great hoppy beer needs it, yes yes yes!
