At the end of World War II, the returning vets of the U.S. Army’s 10th Mountain Division initiated the expanision of ski areas across the nation. One of these ‘ski troopers’, Wally Arheiter helped create the early Gore Mountain trails including the Black Diamond ‘Chatiemac’. This black lager is medium bodied with complex malt flavor.
