Jammy is a collaboration brewed with our friends at Casey Brewing and Blending in Glenwood Springs Colorado. Our shared admiration of layering fresh, local fruit into our tart Saisons provided the inspiration for our second collaboration. Jammy is a Saison that was fermented and aged with mixed cultures from both Missouri and Colorado in French Oak wine barrels for 8 months on Missouri blackberries before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

[2022-02-06] Flaska från Side Project, blend 2. Något mörkare rostbrun/röd med vit krona. Doftar syltigt och bärigt, lite vinbärsblad. Oerhört stor och bitande syra i smaken, hänger kvar länge och får igång salivproduktionen oerhört. Syrliga björnbär, vinbärsblad. Torrt. Antagligen godare till något, men lite svårt att dricka mycket av för sig själv. Lite väl tuff i syran. [8/4/8/4/16=4,0] [2022-07-10] Flaska från Side Project, blend 3. Mörk röd/rödlila med vit krona. Snyggt bärigt, björnbär, björnbärsblad, fat, stramt, lagom och snygg syra - markant balanserad i jämförelse med blend 2, tydlig kontrast. Oerhört lättdrucket, smakfullt, nyanserat, nästan inget motstånd. Friskt och gott. [9/4/9/4/17=4,3]

750ml bottle from a trade. Tart, funky and aggressively sour with loads of blackberries, blackcurrant juice and farmyardy earthiness. Quite heavy and sour.

Tap into a wineglass showing red wine crimson with sparse white foam. The nose shows tart notes of cherry and brett. The palate is highly carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with moderate notes of brett and a slightly acetic. A lot of dry but sweet blackberry and cherry notes throughout.
