[2022-02-06] Flaska från Side Project, blend 2. Något mörkare rostbrun/röd med vit krona. Doftar syltigt och bärigt, lite vinbärsblad. Oerhört stor och bitande syra i smaken, hänger kvar länge och får igång salivproduktionen oerhört. Syrliga björnbär, vinbärsblad. Torrt. Antagligen godare till något, men lite svårt att dricka mycket av för sig själv. Lite väl tuff i syran. [8/4/8/4/16=4,0] [2022-07-10] Flaska från Side Project, blend 3. Mörk röd/rödlila med vit krona. Snyggt bärigt, björnbär, björnbärsblad, fat, stramt, lagom och snygg syra - markant balanserad i jämförelse med blend 2, tydlig kontrast. Oerhört lättdrucket, smakfullt, nyanserat, nästan inget motstånd. Friskt och gott. [9/4/9/4/17=4,3]

Bottle at Tide's. Cloudy, dark red with a pinkish head. Intensely tart with black currant, blackberries and some yoghurt. Puckering. I like it!

750ml bottle from a trade. Tart, funky and aggressively sour with loads of blackberries, blackcurrant juice and farmyardy earthiness. Quite heavy and sour.

Sample from the bottle at Tide's, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy red with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, some blue berries, sourness, some distant hints of lactoce, some distant hints of vanilla and sourness. Pretty lactic and sour actually. Lots of berries.

Had side by side with the other version, pours out purple red color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is guess what big jammy berries rich oak and some tartness. Taste is more of the nice big berries tart sweet combo was spot on.

Bottle at Neely's deal. Deep purple red color pinkish head. Aroma of mixed berries. Taste starts sweet, very fruity, light tartness and lives up to its name.

Tap into a wineglass showing red wine crimson with sparse white foam. The nose shows tart notes of cherry and brett. The palate is highly carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with moderate notes of brett and a slightly acetic. A lot of dry but sweet blackberry and cherry notes throughout.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy purple with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, berry, oak. Medium body, very jammy, berry, low acidity, light funk, oak, really enjoyed this.
