A unique collaboration brew between Omnipollo and Budvar. The beer is a tribute to tradition, brewed in Omnipollos church in collaboration with the brewing team from Budvar. This beer is brewed with the iconic Saaz hops and uses three distinct varieties of this hop to highlight its full range – spicy, floral and herbal. Double decoction builds a rich, bready malt backbone, while cold fermentation with Budvar's historic yeast ensures a refined, well-rounded finish. A lager that bridges Czech and Swedish brewing traditions with precision and respect.

On tap at The Drop, Brighton. Nose is grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple, papaya. Taste is bitter citrus, underripe mango, spot of lime. Crisp & refreshing

Gyllengul disig vätska med tunt vitt skumlock. Aromer av ljust bröd och gräs. Kantig grässmakande maltighet långt från det tjeckiska orginalet. Kan det vara olika mäskmetoder jämfört med orginalet? Beskan är neutral och rejält uppskruvad till elva, men utan att det stör. Lite synd på maltkroppen. Hade annars kunnat vara en riktigt god och balanserad lager av tjeckiskt stil.
