A classic Belgian Style tripel beer, with strong hints of orange and herbs and a delicate lingering and refreshing bitterness. What more can we say ? It’s fabulous... 3 kinds of zest (bitter orange, sweet orange, dayap lime), triple fermentation, three brewers. Three guys brewing beer. As we said, all good things are three...

Ingredients: Water, barley malt (pilsner), hops (Challenger, Saaz), spices and aromatics (coriander seed, bitter and sweet orange peel, Dayap lime peel, pale candy sugar and yeast.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness, perry, orange, some spicyness, and you can feel the strenght. Taste has fruitness, spicyness, hint of earthyness. Strenghtness, almost boozy but luckily not. Medium bodied. Strong, quite balanced and good beer.

11 January 2019. At Cambrinus, Bruges. Shared with the lovely Anke. Pours hazy ochre with a lasting, slowly thinning, foamy, off-white head; some lacing & sediment. Aroma of coriander, white pepper, orange peel, lime, grass, white bread, ginger, lychee, pineapple, soap, yellow apple. Taste is light fruity sweet, pineapple & orange but quite bready as well, slightly zesty sour; light to medium hoppy bitter then, grass & orange rind, but quickly turning spicy due to the coriander, touch of pepper & ginger too, but the coriander & a vague wheaty note render it somewhat soapy. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, bit peppery, lingering citrus & coriander. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. This was promising, but I'd say the coriander does not belong to the three 'good things'.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel oranje bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat bloemige geur. De smaak is moutig en wat fruitig.

Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2018. Clear yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, light to medium sweet, floral and blossomy notes. Quite nice. Blends together quite well. Soft mouthfeel. Dangerously drinkable. Solid tripel.
