Draft at the source. Dark brown almost black color tan head. Earthy cocoa powder aroma. Taste is earthy chocolate, coffee grounds, dry finish. On tap at the brewery pours a muddy brown with a ring of tan head. Nose has bread, cracker, toast, mushroom, soil. Flavor is malt, caramel, bread, earthy too. Dry finish.
