At the bottling place: pours light reddish brown with a small head. Aroma is light vinegar, manys woods, cherries. Taste is light sourness... Well bit more than light. Fruitiness. Many woods. Quite good.

Bottle at Wtf 2, pours a dark copper with frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is a strong funk, brett, lemon, oak. Thin mouth, nice tartness, stone fruit and apricot, light oak and funk, really nice.

Bottle, 75 cl, at Oxbow, Portland. It’s an unclear, dark golden colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. There’s hints of vinegar on the nose, with a generic fruityness, cherries and some notes of oak. It’s full-bodied, soft and dry on the palate, tart, with flavors of vinegar and oak in the back, and sour cherries doing most of the job. Long, cherry-ish finish with a sourish, vinegarish touch. Delicious and lovely, really tasteful. 150609

Bottle sample at the last tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Ariel. Cloudy amber. Pleasant funky aroma with oak, wine, cherries and a cellary, musty character. Lovely sour flavor, funky, somewhat vinous, with cherries, berries, oak and a sweaty note. Medium-bodied.

Bottle @ Armin’s apartment, courtesy of lukaduke. Thanks ! Pours a bit hazy, dark red orange appearance with a thin light brown head. Black cherry, acetic, earthy, heavy tannin / leathery aroma. A lot of tart, dark berries, raspberry, cherry flavor. Quite a bit of leather and tannins. Moderately tart but not overpowering. Pretty neat beer.
