Thanks Ryan for sharing the bottle! Poured into a teku showing well filtered straw yellow and no head. The nose shows tart notes of bretty funk. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with a lot of brett and a clean mid-palate of light horse blanket.

Bottle in Winter Park with jcnielsen. Thanks Adam! Pours a hazy, dull yellow appearance with a fizzy head that quickly disappears. Aroma has pear, apple, white wine, and light cheese. Fizzy carbonation. Moderately tart. Somewhat funky flavor with notes of grapes, pears, and parmesan. Pretty easy drinking beer. Not on the same level as some of the others from the series but pretty fun to try.
