BOTTLE 50 CL. Deep chestnut brown, beige head. Aroma is dark breadcrust, hints of sweet bread and molasses, bit winy. Tastes rather dry with dark bready notes and a strong hoppy bitterness. Has a bit of alcoholic/fusel harshness. That would ruin a pale lager, but does work here, blending with the dark malts and their natural acidity, adding a winy note. Not bad.
