Blend 2 of Bliss & Solitude rested for 2 1/2 years in Heaven Hill bourbon barrel and blended with a 46 month old EH Taylor barrel, yielding rich toffee, caramel, and bold oak notes with the subtle warmth of a winter's warming whiskey. Enjoy on a rainy spring evening or winter's biting night, as this one will definitely provide the warmest company.

Half pour at the brewery. Inky black w/nice viscosity. Aroma is strong earthy malt, bourbon, toffee. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Well balanced. Not boozy at all. Really smooth, comforting.
