0,75l bottle at tasting at home. Bottled 05/25. Yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells oak, citric, hay, spices, floral. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes peppery, earthy, spices, herbal, oak, tobacco, light floral notes. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of oak, pepper and tobacco, wine barrel notes. Nice one, good balance, something a bit weird about it, I think possibly from the wine barrel, overall I like it
