Friendship and great beer go hand in hand. We teamed up with our friends at Bullhouse Brew Co to brew this 4.0% American Stout—a modern take on a classic style. Using American hops in both the boil and dry hop, this stout is bold yet balanced, with roasted malt character complemented by citrus and pine notes. Brewed together in the Mourne Mountains, this beer is a testament to collaboration, creativity, and the simple joy of sharing a pint with good company.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Black body with a beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dark chocolate and poppy seed. Flavour of toffee and red berries. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A nicely hopped stout - more like a session black IPA. Big flavour for the ABV.

440ml can. Pours black with a big tan head. Aroma is pretty hoppy, BIPA style, roast, chocolate and caramel. Taste follows suit with prominent hoppiness, quite piney, grapefruit zest, caramelly and chocolate malts, some roasty (and hop) bitterness. Light-medium bodied, but makes sense at this ABV. Really good. One for BIPA lovers more than stout lovers I imagine. I love both.
