Tap @ El Mariachi, Ålborg. Slightly unclear pale golden body with a medium sized lacing white head. Aroma has some pale malt with citric peel, yeast and slightly acidic fruit or berries. Taste is surprisingly refreshing, clean pale malt that feels a bit sweet and dry at the same time, hint of wheat, some citric fruit, slightly sour citric peel, light acidic red berries and mild spicy yeast. Medium body and refreshing in aftertaste as well. Nothing amazing but a lot more interesting that expected from a Mexican witbier. Not true to style, but in a positive way.

25th March 2019, half-pint on tap in Mission Ave Bar & Grill. Pale golden pour, slight haze, fluffy white head. Malty nose and initial taste with a herbal and wheat flavour as the beer warms a little; it's OK.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Enticing, fruity, perfumy aroma - fresh kumquats or something - it's not a hoppy citrusyness. Medium body, dry, slightly fruity, more subdued perfume now but also finishes try. Super refreshing I'd say - especially for hot weather. Carbonation is somewhat high. 140119

Zo tinie ben je niet hoor, bla. En je hebt echt enorm veel schuim. Geen gusher, dat dan weer niet. Wel lekker zo'n sinaasappeltje erbij.

Craft Society, CDMX bottle: pours slightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is a thick fruitiness. Taste is fruity and kind of large for a wheat ale. Solid.
