Cerveza estilo Witbier. Hecha a base de trigo y malta pilsner. Se le agrega cascara de naranja y coriandro para darle un toque cítrico y complejo. El proceso de fermentación genera un ligero aroma a especies. Cuenta con cuerpo ligero y seco, haciéndola deliciosamente refrescante.

On tap at the brewery pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is spice some yeast notes and grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts spice and a nice end.

0,33 flaske fra Høkeren i Ravnsborggade, på hytta før avreise nov-17: lett uklar rødgylden med ok skum. Litt parfymert aroma og smak - tyggis og mandarin er førsteinntrykket. Blir ikke bedre etter hvert, så dette synes jeg er en intetsigende wit. Boring beer.

bottle from menu. imported by www.mexicanheart.dk clear yellow, small offwhite head. slightly dusty aroma, notes of flowers and citrus. flavor is malty, oranges, faint flowers, faint citrus. a bit boring as a wit, not enough wheat for my taste.

Bottle@Jens place - Golden yellow pour with almost no head. Sweet fruity and wheaty with some notes of citrus orange and lemon, some citrus peel, light to medium body, citrus fruity and wheaty into the close.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty, hopy and yeasty aroma. Some citrus notes. Light sweet and moderate bitter citrus flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. OK wit.
