This beer smelled amazing even before the dry hop! That hot side base of El Dorado supported by Sabro infused so much fruit! The dry hop brings some of our NZ favourites. This beer is special, and it was so great to brew it with Wylam!

Cold Side: Nectaron, NZH-101, El Dorado

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Murky golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime chutney and basil. Flavour of pine, dried mango and parma violets with a peppery hop finish. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is good if a little green and peppery.

Can shared at Free Beer. Very hazy pale yellow. Creamy oats, grapefruit, grapes, kiwi, apple. Medium sweet, less bitter. Very creamy body. Nice.
