Appearance: stiff copper cardboard looking haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: slight lemony to sweet grassy to piney hops coating a light sweet grainy character then some tart to sour character pops in for a nice blessing; subtle lacto/yogurty tone further underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a semi-tart to sour quality initially then a slight sweet tone rides in underneath; finishes with brisk lemony sweet and piney hoppy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also some tart pucker to punch at my tongue
Overall: another one of their beers which causes me to question what a Berliner weisse is any more; even though I have to admit this is well brewed and I did like this.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit and tart aroma. Tropical fruit and light sour flavor with light grapefruit. Medium bodied. Tropical fruit and light sourness linger with light grapefruit.

16 oz can from Joe Canal's. Murky yellowish, white head, plenty of lace. Sugar, candied fruit, lemony, some vanilla and lactose. Slightly tart, but mostly sweet on sweet. Not my everyday go to kinda beer, but Grimm does these really well.

16 ounce can. Cloudy straw yellow color. Small frothy white head. Tart citrus malt nose. Notes of yeast and vanilla. First sip is sour malt and vanilla. Hints at lemon and passionfruit. Creamy mouthfeel from the lactose. Finish is dry with sour pineapple and pine needles.

Both the aromaz and flavors were mildly tart and fruity. Didn't pick up any vanilla or hops. Nice easy drinking tart beer, that's about it.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of fluffy foam. Huge Galaxy nose. Passion fruit, catpiss and dank notes really dominate the nose. Light and tart on the palate with more tropical catpiss flavors. The hop really works well in this style. Light tartness on the finish with more dank, catpiss flavors that linger on the palate.

A hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, light Brett, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Ginger Man NYC.

Bottle thanks to Adam. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus and grass. Thin body, lemon, wheat, nice tartness, crisp finish, very good.
