Cette lager allemande noire traditionnelle est brassée avec une pointe de malts fumés pour un parfum alléchant et une complexité en bouche très agréable. Les arômes torréfiés sont discrets et soutiennent un corps malté et fumé très désaltérant

Ça! C'était bon en ta! C'est plutôt malté pour le style, avec un petit côté chocolaté fort agréable. Excellente collaboration entre les deux brasseries...

Pours a fairly clean, dark brown colour with some copper-amber highlights. The head is warm light-beige, frothy, decent lasting and leaving some spots of soapy lacing. Aromas of mild smoked malts with the roasted barley light base. hints of coffee. Thinner mouthfeel with flavours of roasted malts, a tad smokiness. Some dark fruits, molasses lingers smoothly. A decent smoky, Schwarzbier that is well-brewed if you like these two styles.
