A very, very hoppy sour indeed. Kettle soured then dry hopped with insane anmounts of Nelson Sauvin

0.33l bottle. Hazy orange body with a quickly collapsing white head. Aroma of lime zest, mango, peach and some pepper. Taste of hay, lemon zest, peach, lime juice, grape seed and some grassy hops. Light bodied with a lively carbonation. As a matter of fact this bottle was past it's best before date, but I think it's not that crutial for sours. Actually it's still an OK beer.

Pours extra hazy orange golden, topped with a gushing, large but quickly settling white foamy head. Gentle soury fruity nose, some gooseberries, white grapes and unripe apples. Strong puckery sourness upfront, shortlived, a hint of sweetness which is immediately covered by harsh herbal bittery feel. Lighter body. Medium aftertaste. Too herbal for my liking, really. Too bad, it promised a lot.

Jest owocowo jasno, jablkowo? Cierpko? Ciut cytryny w smaku? Dziwne. Niesympatyczny posmak. Nie jest zle, ale dobrze tez nie, 3.3?

Keg at Mikkeller, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Rich aroma of lemon and black currant. Tart with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric acid meets grass and black currant sorbet. Slight bitterness. Straightforward.
