Bottle pour at Barmann Cellars, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has tart red apples, some apple core, light funkiness, and gentle tannins. Flavour is bone dry, with really nice red apple tannins, moderate funk, and light puckering character. Super dry, tannic and deep. This is great.
