This Belgian Ale is a Belgian ale like no other. A complex herbal profile that can be likened to mint, juniper, or sage. Subdued backing notes of citrus, tropical fruit, banana and bubble gum. The bitterness comes across as very clean with a crisp and pleasant bite. It may leave you thinking, “it tastes like… I don’t know what”.
