Keg at ubrew. Translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is big dank grassy Hoo, nelson, lemon, straw. Flavour is composed of base grains, grassy, big nelson. Palate is drying, highish carbonation, crisp. Very good.

Bottle from Bitter Virtue, Southampton. It pours slightly hazed golden with a medium white head. The fresh, stinky nelson, juicy, orange peel, tangerine, candied peel and sherbet. The taste is crisp, pretty damn bitter, grapefruit, oily, dankness, pine, white grape, prissy hops with a firm, dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Expressive and flavoursome.

Bottle. Mr. Pickles, Sheffield. Pale orange. Lots of haze. Film and some bubbles of white head. Lovely aroma of peach. Grapefruit. Get plenty of that pungent, sauvin hop, grape thing. Soft, pale malts. Taste is really bitter. Some fresh hop oiliness going on. Minimal sweetness. Crisp, lively palate. Zest oil, bitter finish. Punchy, bitter bugger, this. Great stuff. Did I say itโs bitter?...
