Bottle. Bottled 07 november 2023, 7.5%. Color: Clear purplish red, lightly pink head. Aroma: Grapes, Brett funk, leather. Taste: Moderate tart, light sweetness, red grapes, other red fruits (Strawberry, some raspberry), citrus fruit, leathery and bit stable-like funk. Oak wood, some tannins. Medium body, below average carbonation. One of the least editions of St Lamvinus I've had so far. Still nice though.

Tap at Mig & Ølsnedkeren at Blåbær release event 23/10/2025 16:49 Intense dark sweet and roasted malty with velvety chocolate, some molasses, nice spice, vanilla, full bodied, interlaced with resonating bourbon and vanilla into the lingering dark malty close. Lovely.

Beautifully balanced. Lots of grape and grape must. Light lemon acidity and touch of funk, but very gentle barrel. Bright and refreshing (not in terms of appearance)
