(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20190611) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness and strawberries. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, strawberries, rhubarb, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, lightly tart and bitter. A rather disappointing brew with sweetness and rhubarb.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a murky orange color with a large foamy yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sour tropical fruit and lime. The flavor was very sour with yeast, rhubarb and lime notes. Medium body.

On tap at the RiverRoom light milky very pale straw yellow. Big foamy bright white head. Big strawberry aroma. Some of the tart rhubarb as well. Flavor is more of the rhubarb, light, mildly tart and tasty.

02.04.2019, 12 oz bottle shared with a college @ Pien Shop & Bar:
Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, strawberry + rhubarb jam, dried fruits, hay, minerals, grass, caramel malts, bark, berry skin, cookies. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour strawberries, grass, fruit stones, berry skin, rhubarb, fruit salt, hay, minerals, light malts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

On tap at Yard House Marina del Ray. A bit hazy dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of strawberry, some malt and rhubarb. The same in the taste. An ok one although on the thin side.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 6/8/2018. Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, rhubarb, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, strawberry, rhubarb, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, rhubarb, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy strawberries, rhubarb, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, strawberry, rhubarb, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is an excellent fruited sour ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, strawberry, rhubarb, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Awesome balance of jammy fruit and Lacto; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on kettle sour as expected.
