Funky, tart and sour with loads of herbs, spruce, floral gin notes, hints of fruits, soapy bretta, oak, wood, tannins and spiciness. Complex and quite intensely sour

0,375l bottle shared at home. Amber cloudy color, small white head. smells herbal, oak, rum, vanilla, cucumber, herbal, spices. Nice smell. full body soft carbonation. tastes herbal, thyme, lightly lactic, light oak, vanilla. finishes dry and medium sour and medium bitter with notes of oak, strong herbs and lactic notes. Very interesting, very herbal, sourness is a bit too clean/lactic, but I quite like the herbal notes
