Nasycenie umiarkowane

Pours red, clear. Scent is chery, has that 'swiming pool' aspect I find in the better cherry lambics. Funky, tart base. Very lambic like. Taste is sharp, tart, but perhaps a bit simple in acidity. Nice, thoiugh. Fruityness is surprisingly mild.

Sampled at Billies, day 2. Murky brownish color, no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, sourness, tart. Nothing special, nothing much different than loads of other sours. Too sour for me. 5-5-5-5-5

Cloudy rusty red beer, no head. Aroma: oh my, lots of vinegar, sourish impression, funky, dry, spicy, wood notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour start, quite some vinegar, lactic acid, fruity, sour cherries. Aftertaste: somewhat sweet, a hint of vanilla, very acidic, lactic acid, a hint of vinegar, lots of sour cherries.

Red colour, not much head. Light cherry, light funkyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Cherryish, tartish, simple, balanced. ZincFest 2025.

ZincFest2025. Red colour, small pinkish foamy head. Aroma is cherries, some red berries, mild funk and acidity to it. Flavour is somewhat acidic berries and a bit funky tones with some cherries and mild wooden tones to it as well. Almost a bit Flemish red elements over it.
