Leżakowany przez 2lata w dębowych beczkach oraz dodatkowo 10 miesięcy ze świeżymi Polskimi wiśniami odmiany dodanymi bezpośrednio po zbiorze. Bardzo głęboki czerwony kolor, wyraźny charakter funky w aromacie i smaku, mocno wiśniowo – pestkowy finisz.

Sampled at Billies, day 2. Murky brownish color, no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, sourness, tart. Nothing special, nothing much different than loads of other sours. Too sour for me. 5-5-5-5-5

Red colour, not much head. Light cherry, light funkyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Cherryish, tartish, simple, balanced. ZincFest 2025.

ZincFest2025. Red colour, small pinkish foamy head. Aroma is cherries, some red berries, mild funk and acidity to it. Flavour is somewhat acidic berries and a bit funky tones with some cherries and mild wooden tones to it as well. Almost a bit Flemish red elements over it.
