A hazed pink hued ale with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of raspberry jam, and, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

500mL bottled November 2017, drunk 9/19/18.
Gushing lightly upon opening, despite a long rest in a cold fridge. Brilliant raspberry juice colored body shows a light haze from the gushing. Pink head recedes quickly to bubbles.
Nose is pure, fresh, juicy raspberries. Surprising amount of fruit character given how old this thing is. Lactic and Brett acidity behind it is very gentle. Some floral notes on the end with no flaw, alcohol or acetic acid. No aggressive malic acid from the raspberries either, though it is a bit light on the beer character.
In the mouth it's again a bit light on beer. Just barely malty enough in texture with low, mostly tight carbonation. Falls a little flat flavor-wise because of the lager components, I guess? Just not much malt or yeast depth pas the good raspberry and Brett tartness/fruitiness. But otherwise it's flawless and very nicely aged as far as alcohol and acid. Incredibly drinkable too. Interesting idea. Seems mostly successful, though I've had so few wild yeast innoculated lagers.

Bottle purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions, Kittery. Nice, deep reddish color. Aroma is tart raspberry, mild funk. Flavor is exactly the same. Tart, lightly funky, not sour. A tad yeasty. Good mouthfeel. This is a real nice brew, not overly sour like so many others I have had from Oxbow.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pinkish red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart and funky raspberry with a bit of earthy grain underlying. Flavor has tart raspberry with a bit of yogurt, earthy grains and funk supporting.

Raspberry and some lime. Pretty good balance - like a raspberry margarita. Pink pour with gold head and lacing. Tangy.
