Bomber. Black pour, medium beige head. Aroma is like opening a fresh bag of coffee bean, with some solid dark roast, and soft cocoa powder. Silky mouthfeel, perfect carb. Big roasty, chocolatey finish, with medium bitterness and of course a huge cold coffee kick.

On tap at Left Field, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, a little coffee, and some earthy notes. Flavour is prominent on the coffee upfront, with earthy coffee, a hint of dry cocoa, and toasted malt. Pleasant coffee notes, with a dry, toasted malt finish. Good stuff.

Bottle from the LCBO. Dark brown pour with a foamy long lasting khaki coloured head that leaves patchy lace. Nose is coffee, light chocolate, and molasses. Light+ sweet molasses and a medium- coffee bitterness with lots of roast. Mouth is medium and silky with soft carbonation. Often these collabs with roasters end up being really coffee forward but this one sis well balanced. Excellent. 9-/4/8/4/16

A deep dark porter with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light coffee notes, light grassy hops, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with loads of resinous hop, coffee grind, musty character, very nice. On tap at Bar Lupulus.

Draft at the source. Clear ruby brown color. Earthy coffee grounds aroma. Taste is earthy but still beery, brownies dipped in espresso. Very tasty, my favorite of the session.

650ml bottle (thx, Peter K.!) shared with mom, hehe. Pours an almost black with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, some dark fruits. Taste is similar. Moderate sweetness. Good stuff.

Pours a dark brown colour with lots of ruby highlights. The head is mocha-coloured, very long lasting, frothy, fluffy and has thick wavy lacing. Chocolate-cocoa aromas over roasted malts, coffee notes and even hints of vanilla to soften things. The taste is more of the roasted malt giving burnt notes and lots of hops in the finish. Bitterness lingers. Some coffee comes out a little. Not full on the coffee, but feels more like a hoppy stout.

Bottle - Dark roast and some sweet coffee like notes. Monkey flanges in the shower. jet black with a small white head. Dark bitter roast. Nice bitterness and hop notes but coffee is not really that forward.
